On the frontend, it harnesses the power of Next.js 16 (App Router) combined with TailwindCSS to deliver an incredibly intuitive, fully responsive UI/UX, ensuring zero loading screens when processing orders during peak rush hours. Meanwhile, the system's brain is powered by the undeniable performance of Laravel, serving as a secure, Stateless REST API utilizing token-based authentication (Sanctum).

Role-Based Access Control (RBAC): Flexible segregation of duties (Owner, Manager, Cashier, and Kitchen staff) equipped with additional PIN authentication to restrict critical actions such as order voids, corrections, and Petty Cash modifications. Digital Kitchen Display System (KDS): A fully integrated, real-time kitchen ticketing system to minimize order errors and accelerate the fulfillment process from chefs to customers. Dynamic Table & Layout Management: Highly visible real-time table statuses (Available/Occupied/Reserved) supporting both Indoor and Outdoor seating layouts. Customer Loyalty & Promotions: Comprehensive customer database management supporting multi-tier loyalty points (Silver, Gold), alongside a dynamic discount engine (Happy Hours, Percentage, or Fixed-rate discounts). Hybrid Cloud Ready Deployment: This system is engineered for the modern hybrid ecosystem—designed so the Next.js Frontend can be flawlessly hosted on a serverless platform like Vercel, while the Laravel Backend and Database secure their privacy safely on a self-hosted server (On-Premise Homelab), securely exposed to the internet via Cloudflare Zero Trust (Tunnels) encryption.
