This project focuses on maximizing property management efficiency by digitizing various manual processes, ranging from tenant record-keeping to billing tracking.

Unified Management Dashboard: Provides dedicated administrative modules to manage property data, tenants, and track property maintenance requests.
Billing System: An integrated billing module that enables invoice management, featuring an Invoice Preview Modal and tracking for proof of payment.
Contract Management: Facilitates the management of rental contracts with a document preview feature (Contract Preview Modal) directly within the application.
Public Property Catalog: Features a property search page (listing) and unit details accessible to the public, complete with FAQ, About, and Contact pages.
Technical & UI/UX Details:
Core Stack: Built using the Next.js framework with TypeScript to ensure fast, SEO-friendly, and type-safe performance.
Database & Backend: Utilizes Supabase for reliable relational database management.
Interface Design: Implements a variety of modern and interactive UI components, including animations such as Scroll Reveal, Blur Text, and Split Text, to deliver a dynamic and premium user experience.
